Quick update on Charlie's eye surgery. Everything went well with the surgery. Charlie was groggy from the morphine, but other than that, he was no worse for the wear. We have a follow up appointment with the eye doctor in a few weeks and some eye drops to give Charlie in the meantime.
We do not have a definitive answer yet, but it looks like Charlie is coming home tomorrow! We'll keep you all posted.

YEAH!!!! I am so excited for you guys! It will be stressful at first, but once you get your home routine down, it will get better! Charlie will do great at home, you guys are wonderful parents, and it has been my pleasure to take care of him (and you) the past four and a half months! I cannot wait to come see you guys at home soon!
